Bad service, kept me waiting

8:00 - The DPD Laser office phones me to update the address and confirm delivery on the day

8:05 - Receive SMS that delivery failed.

16:45 - Phoned DPD to confirm delivery. They want to confirm address again. Still no delivery due dat/time.

Waited at home (should have gone to the office) for delivery which was confirmed in the morning
