Bad Service I Regard Parcel Being delivered By them

I ordered takkie from Puma on the 1st and Puma informed that order is out and dawn wing is required for delivery of parcel since Thursday they have been coming still hasn’t had anything from them. I want the order immediately I’m very ****ed with their service.
