Bad Service From Dawnwing

Invoiced an order with a company, phoned Saturday, Monday and today, Dawnwing's waybill says "delivered" but I never received my parcel (unspecified person signed for my parcel, they can't even tell me that). Should've been delivered yesterday. One of the ladies said it is out for delivery since Monday. I a very unhappy with the service as this parcel is for my clients, and I need to make up stories to cover up for Dawnwing.
