Bad service delivery / No answer in EL office

I have had terrible experience with this courier service, every time the delivery dates are wrong.

I try and phone the East London Branch and there is absolutely no answer. I ended up talking to a lady in Cape Town, she tried to put me through to the East London branch, to no avail. Then she tried to put me through to the head office and they also didnt answer.

This is ridiculous! How can they confirm a delivery date and then nothing arrives, if you try and contact them to ask what is going on, then you cannot get hold of anyone.

Unacceptable!
