Bad service delivery

I'm waiting for over 2 weeks for a delivery. Dawn wing gives me a call saying/promising me my package will be delivered but this far I'm still waiting and waiting. I then called the person responsible and he too promised but now that his promises are a failure he is not picking up his phone. Really bad service from this company.
