Bad service

Worst service I ever received. Waited almost 2 weeks for my packages. When I called after 5 days, they told me I was on holiday and the couldn't deliver (I was home waiting for them). They delivered my packages (worth almost R4000) now, not to me, but a company close to my neighborhood. They didn't even inform me, the lady at the company called me now. So reckless with other people's money
