Bad Service

I have placed an order on the 25th of November 2020, I did not receive any call from any agent but when I tracked my parcel it said wrong address I have called them twice which I found odd be they delivered at my address before but because they got new drivers we have to suffer

I called them 3 days ago I was promised my parcel would be delivered the following day, bit nothing arrived I went to the website yet again to track my order yet again showed wrong address, yesterday I called in again I told the lady I would then pick up my order myself since I am losing out on business bare in mind already paid delivery fee I was told they need to make an arrangement first for that to happen with me having things to do today I agreed again for them to deliver today but still nothing no changes on my profile online still shows wrong address.

I WILL NEVER ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES. they are so bad and rude on top of it.
