Bad service, below par

The drivers have a tendency of booking parcels they dnt intent to deliver, at all. They booked my parcel for 5 consecutive days, I stayed home waited for them but nay... Yesterday and today received the same sms that my delivery is on its way, guess what still not delivered. I wrote to Puma online never to use dawn wing as their courier company. The other Friday the driver came to deliver @ my house sooo drunk, reported the matter as u was scared for him and other road users, Dawn Wing never responded to me. I pray they can look around them as see their competition and really fasten their belts. Very bad service for such a big Co. Im so dissapointed.
