Bad service and rude delivery people

<p>I have never had problems with Dawn Wing, until now. Your drivers are extremely rude. This morning I received an sms saying that my package will be delivered. There are different options for when you can't receive the package at your original address. I chose the option to send the package to another address (close to the original address). A few minutes ago I received a call from the security at my complex who gave the phone to the woman delivering. I tried to explain to her that I need it delivered to another address, but was met with rudeness and the phone put down while still talking to her. Why have any of the option available if they can't be used? </p>
