Bad service and *****!!!

Try to avoid as much a possible. Was told that my parcel couldn’t have been delivered as no one was at home. Which was a ****, I have eight dogs and three families member were in the house. I haven’t even received a phone called, nothing to let me know that they were trying to deliver my parcel. If I would not have check the tracking app, I would not have know. I called them the next them and they told me they will delivery it on the day between 18:00 and 21:00. I had to change my schedule (cancel a meeting with friends at last minute) in order to ensure I was at home. The receptionist even told me if there is any change I will contact you. Of course nothing has been delivered and I haven’t received any phone call. I am the first one to admit that we are human and we can do mistake but don’t lie to me by telling me that you tried to delivered two time and no one was at home and than making me spend my entire evening at home to wait patiently for my parcel for nothing. Not a company I will recommend for any important documents.
