Bad service and experience from Dawn Wing.

I have received very bad service from Dawn Wing even as we speak my parcels haven’t been delivered.

I bought from Salomon on line, in the 4th of May I received a mail confirming that the parcel will be delivered, immediately I called dawn wing to change the delivery address and contact number as I initially used my work details. It was confirmed as changed by call center personnel who assisted me.

To my surprise A day later got an sms message that dawn wing couldn’t deliver because of an address error. I called them to verify the details, the address was correct and contact detail.

Long story short, this was escalated to Salomon Nicolway who went out of their way to assist, by escalating the matter to management of dawn wing but no response was received.

Been calling dawn wing daily from the 8th of May been told that the parcel will be delivered the following day, till today no help from dawn wing or contact from it’s management team members to attempt resolution of this matter.
