Bad service and communication

Worst courier company out of the lot, terrible customer service and unprofessional as well. I order a parcel two-three weeks ago, it finally got shipped to them last week Monday to Dawn Wing's warehouse and that's the last I heard from them. Fast forward to today, I have not received any communication with regards to the fact that the parcel would be delivered today hence no arrangements were made to receive the package. Fast forward to past three in the afternoon I receive a message from Dawn Wing's driver to tell me he's outside the premises. Horrible communication.
