Bad Service and Attitude

I have never has such bad service from a delivery company, as I had yesterday. A guy with the name Simeel tried to call me late yesterday afternoon. I was busy with a client so I could not answer my cell. I called back, only to be told that they are trying to deliver a package but no one is at the house. I asked him to please arrange for delivery after four as no one will be there till then.<br> <br> He told me that might be a problem for his driver, he will let the drive know. I tried to call back to make arrangement for the package to dropped off at my office. The lady that answered the call told me that three client is already on the line for him. I left a message for him to call me back. After waiting for an hour and a half and no call back I called again. Only to be told that he was in a meeting. She cuts the call as I was still taking to her. He called me back and I asked for it to be dropped off at the office and he told me, that he already told his drive to deliver after four.<br> <br> It is now the next morning and I still have not received the package. Service and Attitude very bad. Can some one please call me on *** so I can give them my office address for delivery.
