Bad service

My experince with dawnwing has not been good.....a parcel was sent overnight from eastern cape to me in pmb. It never came.when i called om the same day of delivery they said will devan will call me back and never did.the next day when i called again devan will call me back ..he did and he informed me that driver came there but no one was there but no one called me at the gate and i took day off for delivery ..then he said it will be here before 12 today but still nothing i called again and still waiting for devam to call and still no delivery
