Bad service

My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When doing a follow up, being told different stories. 1, Thando was dishonest to her supervisor Matilda, she advised her that I'm refusing to confirm my address when I did confirmed it to her however I questioned her after confirming to say what is going on as I did indicate it. I want the call to he listened to, as I have received bad service from Dawn Wing. The parcel is late by 1 day thus far. I believe that is ********* and it needs to be corrected.
