Bad service

I would like to share my bad experience with Dawn Wing. This week I was supposed to have received my router which was to be delivered to my address around 09h30am this morning, to my surprise after making several call to their client care and holding for long periods I was first advised that their called me on a wrong number which I never gave them. I feel Dawn Wing drivers buy time during their delivery and use the client's contact details as a scapegoat to knock off at 5pm. This is not the first time I have deliveries handled by them and it has always been the same vicious circle of excuses...Very poor service for a well established organisation.
