BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of communication and lies from Dawn Wing! I have been waiting at home for the past two days. When I track the package in the afternoon it shows attempted delivery failed. I have been at home the entire time. They don’t respond to emails and they have rude call centre agents. No communication whatsoever regarding my package. Chantelle from the call centre was very rude yesterday and Rebone this afternoon said my package was arriving in 5 mins, that wasn’t the case! I have got other things to do and it will be great to get a call from someone at Dawn Wing but no, silence. The companies that use Dawn Wing will lose business because some of us might just cancel out orders and request refunds. I am not happy with Dawn Wing at all. So disappointed and quite annoyed.
