Bad service

If I could rate it a ZERO I surely would! Service non existent, I received 2 messages to confirm my parcel, then I receive a message that states my number is incorrect! When I phoned yesterday everything was in order and my delivery was promised for today. When I phoned today my details are incorrect! Poorest service ever, I will surely NOT recommend Dawn Wing!
