Bad Service

I phoned Dawn wing today to get a cash parcel collected and delivered. <br> I gave dimensions and details over the phone. I was told I do not need to give the collection adress, I will be sent a quote and then I need to reply. This was after about a 15 min hold on the phone. <br> Half a hour later, no invoice was received, again I had to phone back, hold for 15 minutes just to be cut off. <br> So, i phoned again, after ten minutes, i got hold of someone, and I had to give all the details and dimensions again, so i was fed up, decided to decline your service and try some one else. (By the way. still have not received invoice)<br> I was quoted R163.56 for my parcel. <br> <br> So I googled and saw Citi-Sprint courier, after a 1 min phone call which was answered straight away, my parcel was picked up ten minutes later, no mess no fuss and all this for half teh price at R84.95. <br> <br> So customers, please give Citi-Sprint a try, i will never use another courier and also never use Dawn wing again. <br> <br> So happy to have made this discovery<br> <br>
