Bad service

I am very upset with Dawn wing! I was sent a message saying parcel out for delivery, when i phone to confirm delivery they said the driver shpuld be there between a certain time. Next thing i know i am getting a failled delivery. No phone call or anything. When i phoned to ask why the person said other parcels that take prefance need to be delivered. The driver was not at my house and did not attempt to phone to try and ask where i was. The service is really pathetic. Then im told it will only be delivered in about a week again!!!!!!
