Bad service

What an absolute horror dealing with a driver called Walter Nanyang. He tells me I should change my address for my deliveries. He doesn't want to come knock on the door to deliver, someone must wait for him at the gate. He was very rude to me numerous times and I don't appreciate his rotten attitude, if he doesn't like his job he should quit.
