Bad, poor and pathetic service delivery.

Very poor service. Company uses excuses and lies for non delivery. An sms was sent to say they are delivering. They never came. Phoned the next day to find out why and they claimed no one was at home. Absolute lies, my mother inlaw lives with me and i was home all day. Phoned again and they promised to deliver on day 2. Nothing again. So I phoned again only to be told they tried to phone. Lies! No call to my phone was made? Now they have rescheduled for next week Monday. Well really bad, poor and pathetic service delivery.
