Bad package handling

Good day I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the condition in which my parcel was handled buy your guys in east london, Eastern Cape. Today I took delivery of my parcel from ruby box, I was utterly disappointed with the condition in which the parcel arrived in. The box was so squashed up, such that all four corners were torn. The items inside were visible. The individual items inside were all squashed such that they had lost shape, all the while the box parkaging had a big red sticker outside written "Fragile". I am so embarrassed to say to friends that the items aren't rejects as their parkaging tells a different story.
