Bad job Dawn wing

Tracking a parcel do not help. Washing machine have already left with Dawn wing on the 12 Desember and is still not in Betty's Bay in the Western Cape after Dion Wired have make a promise of 3-5 days. If I have it correct it is 8 working days if nobody in the company is working sins the 12 December because their is nobody that even answering the telephone.
