Bad ervice from Dawn WIng

My delivery was supposed to be made before 5pm. I normally leabe the opffice at 15h30 (I start before 7) so I waited for teh delivery. At 16h30 I phoned to ask where my delivery was and teh woman I spoke to said she will get the driver to phone me, while I was still speaking, she put teh phone down in my ear. Needless to say, there was no delivery and teh parcel tracking say they couldnt deliver my parcel at 16h28 - they didnt even try!!! So angry
