Bad Drivers

I was driving on Pretoria road Germiston, raining, wet roads, and here comes a Dawn Wing Bakkie Reg JH 42..... GP, this all happened at 17:30 pm on the 18/11/2021. He almost smashed my side by forcing him in a my lane where by he's lane is for turning right, then he swirfes in front of a lot of cars, blowing hooter, flashing lights ext.... On the back of the Bakkie is a cell number for bad driving, I cal 3/4 times and no one picks up,

Please let me know where Dawn Wing drivers got there licenses and whom made the EMPD or Micheal Schumacher by driving like idiots and maniacs on a road that is peak our and raining,
