Bad delivery guy even blocked my number

Delivery guy has been failing to deliver my package for three days. He keeps saying he is coming and now on day. Three has blocked my number! When I email the company and the comps twitter account has not responded to my direct messages!! I’m frustrated with clients breathing down my neck and my business is being made to look *********** due to irresponsible delivery guys
