Bad Dawn Wing couriers

Dawn Wing is the worst courier company I've came across. Ive been expecting delivery from them since the 22nd of Jan 2019 and its the 30th of Jan and I still haven't received my parcel. When I call the response is that the driver was denied access to my premises. How can he be denied access when I'm the one who grants the access to my premises? How do I grant him access when he diddnt even arrive at my premises? I am so disappointed and irritated by their poor service. Regards Angry P
