Bad customer service

I have been waiting for an important parcel a week now. It was despatched last week but I still have not received it. I actually need the parcel today. When I called during the week to track it they said they would not leave the parcel with my security guard, so I gave permission to deliver to the guard. Again they did not deliver although they despatched it again. The driver does not bother ringing the doorbell or calling me on my cellphone to let me know he is outside so that I can arrange for it to be collected. How is a person supposed to know he is there??? When I call to speak to the responsible person they do not pick up the phone most of the time. I am at home the whole day today. The parcel says it has been dispatched. I called the company again to inform them that I am here and the driver must contact me but I cannot get hold again of the responsible person. And nobody bothers to inform you during the whole time that they have a problem delivering your parcel, I'm the one who has to call everyday. I need this parcel today. The worst courier service I have ever used.
