Bad customer service

I made an online order with Clicks and Dawn wing was the courier chosen for my delivery, no arrangements for my delivery and the delivery status kept on saying wrong address whereas no phone call was made to make me aware of the address of which was correct from the beginning. My delivery ended up being given to a random available driver to deliver it when I've already logged a complaint with Clicks. #WIN
