Bad Customer Service

I've waited 7 days for my delivery, in that 7 days I got no way bill number, no one even contacted me to arrange delivery. The delivery guy just shows up while I'm at the shops, when I get to the gate he has taken off. Can't even reach him because he never called using his phone. When I call online it just rings and 0 response on email.
