Bad courier service

A package was supposed to be delivered to me today. According to the website tracking option, my package will not be delivered due to a wrong area code. But I could see on the tracking that my package was on the right route. THEN for some reason they just decided to reroute it back to another depot! NO one from the company phoned, not even the driver phoned me to ask if the address is correct. I am beyond disgusted, the package was extremely important for a function I am having tomorrow. Will not recommend this company
