Bad communication skills/ bad ☎️ customer service

To speak to a consultant, waited in queue for 80 minutes and still counting. Something is seriously wrong with this.

I bought an item from Mango. I then received an email about a form I had to complete for clearance. Nobody at Dawn Wing thought they should call me to advise me on how to complete the form.

I then received a email from Mango advising me that the courier company (Dawn Wing) can't get hold of me.

I'm appalled by this disgusting customer service....no communication skills.
