Bad, bad service

My parcel was not delivered as promised since their driver went to some run down and clearly vacated house ( but who knows which area) and explained that customer relocated from that place. I phoned Dawn Wing , they did have my address and area correct , but they kept repeating to me that a driver attempted delivery but house was empty! They actually didn’t even listen to me as they believed what driver said not what a facts are. Two days later, numerous phone calls and talks to extremely rude staff and I still haven’t received my parcel. Horrible service, arrogant people.
