I received sms notifications from Dawn Wing twice claiming my parcel will be delivered that day, after making arrangements and ensuring I am available to receive my parcel no one shows up and I recieve an sms die next day claiming my parcel was not delivered because I was unavailable for delivery (this is a lie because I was available and no one tried to contact me in any way) I also phoned them after this happened the first time, they ensured I will be contacted that day for delivery I was not and I again received an sms I was unavailable. I have still not received my parcel. It saddens me that there is no pride in the work we do. At the very least be honest.
