Awful Service

This is the worst customer service team to ever speak to, Text sent out that they received my package, I need it to be delivered same day and even want asked if I can make a payment for that option as per the website. All ever done was my calls getting cut 8 times after being put on hold with no attempt to call me back. Now they say they don’t have my package. This is the worst by far.
