Awful service

I ordered clothes from Cotton On on the 27th of February 2022. I got a message on the 2nd of March saying that my parcel will by delivered by 18:30 that evening. I waited at my gate for almost 3 hours before receiving another message saying that my parcel will be delivered at 20:30 and mere moments later another message saying that my parcel was delivered, accepted and signed by a man named Jaco Jaco which is a total stranger. The courier didn't call or message me and left my parcel with a random man. I've called customer service everyday since about my package and no one can tell me anything. Still haven't received my parcel.
