Awful Service

Here we go again! The most dishonest and *********** courier to deal with! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who disapproves. Driver calls, I answer, unable to hear anything, call drops. Can't call back, so I send a sms with pin code to gain entry to my complex. No acknowledgement... 2 hours later I receive a sms I was unavailable hence no delivery. Call the customer helpline to resolve the issue and eventually the call drops. Based on the amount of complaints on this platform, I am amazed companies make use of dawn wing's services. ********** service!!
