Awful customer care service

I am extremely disappointed with the customer care service I received from Dawn Wing this morning. I contacted the call centre as I needed to change my shipping address. I then spoke to a call centre employee who was not only rude but also dismissive of me. Her tone was one of annoyance and impatience. I understand that this is a very difficult time in light of the COVID-19 virus, but that does not, in my opinion, allow businesses and their customer care service staff to act unprofessionally and ***********ly. If anything it should motivate businesses to ensure that their customer care services are up to scratch in order to be able to handle the high demand during this period.
