Awful Awful Awful

Waiting on an international delivery from France. It is the second time I have waited on URGENT documents for over 3 days since their promised delivery!!! No word from Dawn Wing. I have gotten in touch with them to be placated by saying my delivery will be delivered the next day! Have given my address and telephone numbers and not a word! I am URGENTLY waiting for documents to be told someone will call me back - no one calls and a delivery that was supposed to take 3-5 business days is now on day 10!!!!
