Awful

I really haven't seen service as terrible as Dawn Wing's. I have been waiting since Friday for my package to be delivered. I was promised that it would be delivered yesterday, and here I am again, still waiting. I am losing money everyday waiting for this deliver and Dawn Wing does not at all seem to care. I just called them again and the agent just dropped the call on me. And when you call back, you have to wait. When you ask for a callback or email them, no reply. Terrible service.
