Awaiting my Herbalife Orders for almost 3 weeks

Good Day

I have been waiting for my orders from herbalife to be delivered by Dawnwing and it has been 2 to 3 weeks if im not mistaken, i have sent an email to Dawnwing with no response, i have been calling almost everyday and i was advised by the consultant that both my orders were received but cannot be located,My order numbers are 6P***3-00 and 6P***3-00.

Can i have feedback regarding me orders i know that the lockdown has affected service delivery but i have received my other orders.
