Avoid at all costs

I've not used Dawn Wing since early 2020 since they botched several deliveries. Since they apparently have no support department it makes it impossible to deal with them. Come January 2022 and I place an order with a company that makes use of a fulfillment center that in turn makes use of Dawn Wing. Needless to say - they botched it again. Collected the order within 1 day from the fulfillment center. Then attempted collection again the next day for some reason. After that the tracking stops, they don't answer their phone and they don't respond to emails. The fulfillment company apparently got some feedback from them along the lines of "there was a damage on the floor", but who knows what that even means. Either way, Dawn Wing has cemented their place as the most useless courier company in SA. Avoid.
