Attacked by driver

A driver of Dawnwing courier company attact me and try to steel my cell phone after he accused me that he had right of way at a intersection where he was supposed to have waited for me approaching a turning lane. When I've stoped at the next stop street I could here him screaming and swearing at me. I then got out of my car to take a picture of his number plate, he then jumped out of his car ran towards me and slam my cell phone out of my hand and it fell on the ground. The driver then grabbed it and put it in his pocket of wich I then told him that it is theft if he is not going to return my phone, he then threw my phone back at me. I got back in my car and left as quickly aspposible . I then also realize that my phone had a crack in the screen. Dawnwing refused to compensate me for my cell phone.
