Atrocious service from Dawn Wing courier company

Dawn Wing Courier company is the most *********** and useless company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in the past few months. And as we all have, Ive had many packages delivered past few months. The first of all mistyped the delivery address and have the audacity to send me a message blaming me for and asking me to rectify their mistake. I call their central line to fix this and get a terribly unprofessional employee unwilling to be of assistance and cutting the call when I confront her about her attitude. Their website has loads of ways to thank their incompetence, there is NO WAY of complaining though. Imagine that ... I suspect they do not want complaints, probably too many. Package registration is DH67PCGP and ref ***. This will probably never be delivered now!
