<p>Staff delivered my Makro order of a TENT to someone else and then proceeded to deliver someone else's order of a LADDER to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Staff demonstrate astonishing levels of incompetence, not even bothering to read addresses on the weigh bill. </p> <p> </p> <p>This wasted a huge amount of my time and caused a great deal of frustration!</p>
