Arrogant Dawn Wing

So Dawn Wing send out their driver called Kelvin Chaitezvi to deliver my parcel yesterday. He got to the security gate and send an automated sms which requires me to click on a link to give him instructions (Gate pin I guess in my case). I saw the sms 2min later then clicked on the link, only to be welcomed by a message saying the driver has left the premises. TWO MIINUTES ONLY. LIKE WHO CHECKS THEIR SMS's EVERY SECOND? I called Dawn Wing to get the driver's number so I can call him, OH NO THEIR DRIVERS HAVE NO WORK PHONES TO BE CONTACTED @! WHAT A JOKE???
