Appalling service / delivery

You ask how is it possible for the same deliveries to get messed up and mixed up 4 times??? Just ask Dawn Wing to deliver it!! I am appalled at the service and disgusted by the way they handle queries and problems. Still not resolved after spending days giving then all the correct customer information more than 5 times!! Packages being delivered to the wrong customer, then collected, then re-delivered to the same incorrect customer!! Problem not being escalated, the same *********** person dealing with the problem and NOT resolving it! We are losing customers because of it. So so so disgusted and embarrassed!!!
