Appalling service by driver LETLHOGONOL MOERANE

I placed an order for delivery, mind you that I am being charged for. But your driver (Letlhogonolo Moerane) was very rude to me. He kept on delaying my delivery as I had specifically asked him to come to the address stated on the delivery package. He continued to insult me as a paying consumer and insulted my brother as well.

He has no respect whatsoever. Not only did he deliver my package late but my items were not all in the package.

This is a formal complaint against Letlhogonolo.

Disciplinary action should be taken against him.
