Appalling service

I am beyond irritated ,I have been waiting for my delivery for almost two weeks with no success. I call everyday to enquire what the issue is and was informed that my delivery kept failing due to the incorrect number. I therefore provided the agent with my correct number and was promised I would receive my parcel on Saturday. Not surprising I tracked my delivery Saturday and Today again and it failed once again due to ‘’Contact not available’’ This is beyond pathetic how can it be so difficult to just update my correct number.

To make matters worse I sent an email which is just as useless enquiring about my deliver and your agent responded with my incorrect name. He/she addressed me as Tyron, that is not my name. How unprofessional an one company really be!!!

Not recommendable at all!!!

The time and effort wasted having to contact your call centre daily just to track my parcel and get told the same nonsense that my number is wrong and yet again I provide your agent with the correct number yet you simply keep failing to deliver my parcel!!!
